Job Summary: This position is located in the ATC Procedures (En Route) Team (AJV-P32) under the Standards and Procedures Group (AJV-P3), within the Policy Directorate (AJV-P).
Major Duties:
Qualifications: Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (FV-J or FG/GS-14) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as: Experience participating in and contributing to safety risk management panels by identifying potential hazards and recommending mitigations for proposed changes. Experience conducting reviews and assessments of operational needs and system requirements from a policy and procedural. Experience providing leadership in the development of procedures on established and emerging technologies. Answer all questions to the best of your ability.
