About the Role:
We are hiring a Supervisor – SMB Channel Operations to lead a team that manages the lead-
to-quote process of opportunity lifecycle.The person in this role will guide the team, monitor
daily operations, and ensure targets and SLAs are met. A key focus is on maintaining process
quality, resolving escalations, and helping protect and grow recurring revenue while delivering a
strong partner experience.
What You'll Do:
Mentor and supervise a team of SMB Channel Operations, promoting their professional
growth within the Alliance organization. Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing culture
with a continuous improvement mindset.
Understand end to end business processes, flow of CPQ and recommend process
improvements for better functioning of the Operations team.
Partner with Sales, Alliance Operations, and additional stakeholders to develop and
continuously redefine enrichment strategy in each area of our operations workflows
Become a point of contact for all the escalations/queries coming from Sales, Alliances
and Ops team
Determine prioritization for the team across a multitude of projects and manage
resources accordingly
Develop team members to achieve their goals and encourage growth mindset to work to
constantly improve our operational tasks
Set goals, monitor performance and drive accountability across the team.
Oversee end-to-end CPQ and quoting process to ensure accuracy, compliance and
timely delivery.
Exceptional knowledge on Salesforce across all core objects, including Accounts,
Opportunities, Contacts and CPQ
Work closely with our Global Alliance Operations Shared Services support teams to provide
best in class support for Sales and Channel Business Partners,
Create and maintain documentation for quoting processes, procedures, and system
changes.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s/Post Graduate Degree required (Business/Operations/Project/Marketing)
8+ years of overall relevant industry experience.
Data Analytics Experience, Working with Sales and Alliance operations.
Fluent Salesforce.com user, strong understanding of custom objects (and customising Sales
Cloud), standard objects (user object, hierarchies)
Experience with data loading tools like Salesforce Inspector and DataLoader.
Experience managing or leading projects from the inception until the conclusion of the
project.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to question the status quo and think outside the box.
Leadership Requirements
2-3 years demonstrated experience in team leadership and operational management
Track record of successfully managing small teams (2+ direct reports)
Background in business operations, sales operations, or process management
