SRMH Cardiology Specialist is a hiring a Supervisor, Nursing and Patient Care Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility during their shift, ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and staff efficiency. This position serves as the primary liaison between departments, providing leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers. The Supervisor is also tasked with coordinating patient flow, managing staffing levels, responding to emergencies, and addressing any operational issues that may arise throughout their shift.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN (required) Or
  • MSN (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure

  • Registered nursing License (Required)
  • BLS required within 90 days of hire
  • Professional Specialty Nursing Certification preferred.

Experience

  • 2 Years of acute care RN experience(required)
  • 1 Year of Nursing leadership experience (required)
  • Experience in Emergency Room, Critical Care, Progressive Care areas preferred
  • Must be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing required
