Your new role:

Responsible for supporting core marketing management functions, ensuring the success of film campaigns and driving sustainable business growth. Acting as a strategic catalyst, the supervisor will foster integration across marketing disciplines and lead initiatives that accelerate organizational transformation. The position works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to align strategies, strengthen brand presence, and deliver impactful results.

Your role accountabilities:

  • Strategy Definition and Activity Planning: Supports the development and execution of marketing plans for assigned titles, ensuring alignment with company objectives and consistent communication across channels. Analyzes market trends, performance metrics, and consumer insights to define targets, positioning, and key tactics together with the Marketing Sr. Manager and Marketing Director.
    Collaborates with internal teams and management to track KPIs and results. Acts as the point of reference for each release, driving engagement through innovative approaches and trend-based strategies.
  • Theatrical marketing plan execution: Supports media campaign execution by working with agencies and internal teams to deliver plans effectively. Monitors performance versus budgets and suggests adjustments for future campaigns. Assists in developing communication strategies to boost awareness and engagement, with a focus on digital innovation. Coordinates with distribution teams to ensure title visibility in theaters and online, using audience data to inform plans. Helps manage partnerships with brands and media to maximize exposure. Organizes and oversees avant premieres when requested and provides support to the Senior Manager and Marketing Director on department activities such as presentations, events, special projects, and day-to-day tasks impacting the team.
  • Theatrical business growth: Work with the team to establish strategic media and brand collaborations that enhance visibility and reach. Develop innovative partnerships with third-party brands and exhibitors to maintain the relevance of our titles, and drive cross-divisional initiatives centered on our key franchises. Participate in meetings and industry events with exhibitors.

Qualification & Experiences:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Business Management
  • Advanced english
  • 4-5-year experience in Marketing and or communication agency
  • Proven experience in creating strategic presentations (decks) with clear and impactful storytelling.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and familiarity with digital product management frameworks

Other nice to have:

  • Advanced Spanish is desirable
  • Previous experience in product marketing, as well as category and brand management in the entertainment industry.
