Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Lead, schedule, and support the poolside food and beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist with pool service operations, including food and drink service, inventory tracking, and opening/closing duties.
  • Resolve guest and operational concerns promptly and independently, escalating as needed to management.
  • Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met by monitoring cleanliness and proper food handling.
  • Support team members as needed, stepping into service roles to keep poolside hospitality flowing.


What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of server experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role—gives you the confidence to lead and support a fast-paced team.
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)—ensures compliance and responsible service.
  • Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol—required to supervise and support beverage service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for entire shift, and work outdoors—critical for success in this physically active, outdoor role.
  • Flexible schedule availability—including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays—to align with guest demand and pool operations.
