Enbridge is looking for a remarkably skilled and ambitious Supervisor Maintenance Services to join our Bonnyville, AB team. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our facilities, while promoting an environment of continuous improvement and excellence!
Note: This is a temporary, full-time role for 24 months, with the possibility of extension
What you will do:
As a Supervisor of Maintenance Services, you will:
Provide leadership and support to cultivate a strong safety culture.
Foster a culture of ownership and accountability among field technicians.
Develop staff through training, performance management, and career development programs.
Ensure work is detailed accurately using CMMS (Maximo).
Prioritize repair work in coordination with the Control Center and Field Operations.
Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance is performed safely and on schedule.
Schedule and resource maintenance personnel effectively.
Guarantee adherence to all Company policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Manage financial performance relative to approved budgets and participate in annual budget development.
Who you are:
Hold a related university degree and seven-plus years’ experience OR nine‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues and collaborators.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, adapt, and respond to fast-changing demands.
A high degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
A collaborative team-player approach, eager to share and seek information proactively.
Intuitive judgment abilities and sound decision-making skills.
A Trade Certificate or Technical Diploma related to Electrical or Mechanical (Industrial) (preferred).
Previous leadership experience (considered an asset).
Working Conditions:
This position is based in a Bonnyville location on a Monday to Friday schedule.
Field office environment with frequent time spent in the work areas.
Travel is often required, primarily to remote stations, and occasionally to office locations (Fort McMurray, Edmonton, etc.). Travel is estimated to be around 20% of the time.
