Location/Division
The position is located on-site in Richardson, Texas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates company goals, safety practices, and production deadlines to the team.
- Motivates team members through recognition and development.
- Assesses team performance weekly and provides feedback if necessary.
- Works with management on continuous improvement, including projects, etc.
- Communicates with management regularly, including status updates, blocking issues, etc.
- Supports the team responsible for manufacturing, repair, and supply of spare parts to the service organization/field.
- Manages training plans throughout manufacturing.
- Reports directly to the manufacturing manager.
How will you get here?
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Experience practicing lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent digital literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance vital for adequate scheduling and coverage.

- Work independently and possess problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal skills—the ability to work well in a team, as well as leading and inspiring others.
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in data analysis.

- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
