Location/Division

The position is located on-site in Richardson, Texas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicates company goals, safety practices, and production deadlines to the team.
  • Motivates team members through recognition and development.
  • Assesses team performance weekly and provides feedback if necessary.
  • Works with management on continuous improvement, including projects, etc.
  • Communicates with management regularly, including status updates, blocking issues, etc.
  • Supports the team responsible for manufacturing, repair, and supply of spare parts to the service organization/field.
  • Manages training plans throughout manufacturing.
  • Reports directly to the manufacturing manager.

How will you get here?

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience practicing lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent digital literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance vital for adequate scheduling and coverage.

  • Interpersonal skills—the ability to work well in a team, as well as leading and inspiring others.
  • Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
