Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor leads and coordinates maintenance activities in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, executing preventive maintenance strategies, and developing a high-performing maintenance team that supports safe, efficient, and continuous operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across assigned areas of the facility.
• Establish clear maintenance standards and hold the organization accountable to those standards.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and manage daily work schedules aligned with weekly plans, production demands, and outage windows.
• Review and validate work order feedback to ensure accuracy, completeness, and continuous improvement.
• Drive productivity and reliability improvements through data-driven maintenance practices.
• Coach, develop, and motivate a skilled maintenance workforce to achieve high performance and strong safety results.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED required, technical or secondary education in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Strong background in industrial maintenance operations.
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
• Proven leadership ability with strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
