Job Description:

1. Develop the packing/shipping standard operation and working environment in FG/shipping for quality and efficiency improvement.

2. Responsible for overall quality and productivity of IC products/shipments.

3. Analyze potential failure in the processes for corrective and preventive action for continuous improvement.

4. Motivate subordinates and colleagues to perform tasks with high level of support to overall company targets/goals and management policy.

5. Coordinate and communicate with the factory and offshore counterparts for any related issues/concerns.

6. Monitors PDW performance and generate actions on missed KRA.

7. Monitors people performance and generate improvement plans when necessary.

8. Monitors supplies and materials needed for the operations.

9. Support internal and external audits.

10. Generate reports and analyze for improvement.

11. Develop and conduct training plans for the subordinate’s performance improvement.

12. Initiate and lead company improvement project initiatives.

13. Update specifications when necessary.

14. Support inter-department activities linked in achieving their goals/targets.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any 4-year course.

2. Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory position.

3. Experience in inbound and outbound shipping is an advantage.

4. Understanding of IC and wafer manufacturing.

5. Exposure from tier 1 to 3 audits (internal and external) an advantage.

6.Knowledgeable on structured problem-solving techniques and methodology.

7. Experience in leading a team and managing a project is an advantage.
