Lendlease Victoria are currently looking for multiple Site Supervisors to work on our projects in the North Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

You will be responsible to oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site. You’ll make sure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring site operations while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Safety & Compliance

    • Maintain a valid Lendlease EHS Passport and complete required training.

    • Implement safety systems and ensure compliance with regulations.

    • Conduct risk assessments, monitor high-risk work, and stop unsafe activities when necessary.

    • Carry out daily and weekly safety checks and keep accurate records.

  • Planning & Coordination

    • Work with engineers to develop short- and medium-term construction programs.

    • Monitor progress and report on site activities.

    • Promote sustainability initiatives and maintain a well-organized site.

  • Quality Control

    • Ensure work meets design and quality standards.

    • Review and verify subcontractor inspection plans and manage defect close-outs.

    • Stay across contract scope and specifications.

  • Team & Resource Management

    • Supervise and mentor site teams and apprentices.

    • Support performance reviews and training compliance.

    • Help manage labour costs within budget.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build strong relationships with unions, consultants, and authorities.

    • Encourage teamwork and clear communication across all site stakeholders.

About You:

  • Previous experience supervising construction activities.

  • Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively.

  • Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications.

  • Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams.

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
