Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Full time, 5 days per week M-F, Hybrid. May require occasional evenings or weekends for special events or group classes, also may require occasional in-home base service.

Pay Range

$32.45 - $48.70

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provides clinical and administrative oversight of the Healthy Families program to ensure program  effectiveness.
  • Oversees operations of the Healthy Families program.
  • Ensures model fidelity for both the Healthy Families and Doula lines of service.
  • Monitors program outcomes to meet funder benchmarks.  
    Provides clinical supervision to team of Family Support Worker and Doula staff. Assigns cases to clinical staff for ongoing services. Monitors ongoing treatment plans and services provided by clinical staff assuring compliance with programmatic goals and outcomes.  Assures accurate data entry for all clinical services provided. Ensures all staff receive appropriate training and ongoing training opportunities to perform job duties.  
  • Completes program planning, outcome monitoring and fiscal reporting to state funders and other key stakeholders.
  • Meets deadlines for grant renewal processes and budgetary planning. Maintains  relationships with funders and stakeholders at the state and national levels, attending necessary meetings and committee events.
  • Engages in strategic planning for the Healthy Families program to ensure the provision of high quality services as well as pursuing opportunities for program growth and development.  

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW

Education Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related human services field 

Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years clinical experience with families and children.
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Appropriate clinical and case management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Administration and program  development skills.
  • Ability to provide clinical reflective supervision to program staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills.  
  • Ability to effectively manage grant-funded services and program budgets.
  • Bilingual or proficient in the Spanish  language highly preferred, not required.

  • Home visiting required.

  • Ability to work in team-oriented environment.
