Job Description:

Supervisor (área Prevención de Riesgo y Edificación )

Objetivo del Puesto

• Coordinar, dirigir y controlar las actividades preventivas en terreno, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos, de seguridad y medioambiente. Actuar como nexo entre Producción y Prevención de Riesgos, garantizando la ejecución segura y eficiente de las tareas, el cumplimiento normativo y la promoción de una cultura preventiva.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Supervisar la ejecución diaria en terreno, asegurando normas de seguridad.
• Coordinar recursos humanos, materiales y equipos.
• Verificar cumplimiento seguro de planes de trabajo y proponer medidas correctivas.
• Mantener comunicación constante con áreas de Prevención y Producción.
• Elaborar reportes de incidencias y resultados.
• Fomentar cultura preventiva y mejora continua.

Funciones Principales

• Dirigir y supervisar equipos, asignando tareas según planificación.
• Controlar recursos y metas de prevención.
• Revisar aplicación de procedimientos constructivos seguros.
• Monitorear trabajos y asegurar conformidad con estándares.
• Apoyar en informes y programación de recursos.

Funciones Específicas

• Implementar protocolos de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
• Verificar uso de EPP y cumplimiento de procedimientos preventivos.
• Reportar incidentes y participar en investigaciones.
• Ejecutar charlas y capacitaciones en terreno.
• Evaluar riesgos y proponer medidas preventivas.
• Coordinar secuencia constructiva y control de calidad con área de Edificación.

Requisitos

• Estudios: Enseñanza media completa (mínimo). Técnico Superior o Ingeniería en Construcción, Obras Civiles o Prevención de Riesgos (deseable).
• Certificaciones: Curso de Supervisor en Prevención (obligatorio), manejo de equipos, liderazgo (deseable), ISO 45001/9001/14001 (deseable).
• Conocimientos: Ofimática, software de planificación (MS Project, AutoCAD), plataformas de gestión de seguridad.
• Competencias: Procesos constructivos, gestión de seguridad, interpretación de planos, gestión documental.
• Experiencia: 3-5 años en supervisión en construcción o edificación, coordinación con áreas de prevención, obras de gran envergadura.
