Meet the team:

Overall electrical inspection, switching, review switching procedure and key competent person (BO 33kV) for Dexcom Malaysia. Building maintenance management which including equipment (Lift, Roller Shutter & Dock Leveller system) in support of manufacturing operation.

Where you come in:

  • You responsible for operate, monitor and maintain (corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance) plant utilities and facilities equipment which mainly focus on Electrical which shall include MV and LV
  • You attend, performing and monitoring all switching procedure
  • You understand and provide inputs/coaching the new electrical single line diagram or higher diagram regards to the new building or design
  • You design and develop electrical systems and components, creating detailed schematics and blueprints
  • You perform testing & troubleshooting, conducting tests to ensure systems meet specifications, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the quality of installations
  • You coordinate with other engineers and contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring projects meet requirements
  • You coordinate and responsible to support the equipment qualification such as walk down, punch list commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ during startup
  • You plan ahead on execution of work order from system and record job performed via Maximo/CMMS including sensor calibrations. Setting the priority on the work orders for technician to execute
  • You manage a team of building maintenance team
  • You plan maintenance & repair, addressing issues with building systems like Lift, Roller Shutter and Dock Leveller system.
  • You plan preventive maintenance, implementing and managing scheduled maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal system performance.
  • You oversee and coordinating maintenance projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • You regularly inspecting and testing building systems to identify potential problems and ensure they are operating efficiently
  • You ensure that all maintenance and repair work adheres to relevant safety regulations and standards
  • You can perform other’s responsibilities as assign by Facilities Operation Manager

What makes you successful:

  • You must has BO 33kV chargeman certification
  • You are good in supervising and able to work together with technician
  • You have good knowledge in maintenance Skills
  • You able to work independently, provide coaching to the peers/technicians and report all the job status to Facilities Operation Manager
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are potentially requiring working in shift
  • You have ability to interact with different level people or employee in same or different organization.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of industry experience
