Expectations:

Supervises and directs all work activities of Hospitality Services staff which may include one or more of the following departments: Patient Transportation , Environmental, and Linen Departments. Performs routine quality control inspections and ensures quality standards are met. Provides on-going training and performance assessment of employees to maintain and improve employee competencies. Creates an atmosphere of open, positive communication throughout the department. This position requires flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum Five (5) years experience in the housekeeping or related janitorial and/or Dispatch Call Center experience preferred. Two (2) years experience in supervising a group of twelve to fifteen employees in an acute care or hospital background.
Strong oral and writing skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office or equivalent preferred.

SKILLS:
Above average communication skills, ability to work in a stressful environment, high level of professionalism and integrity with the ability to act in a supervisory capacity.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $74,880.00 - $96,720.00.

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
