Major Duties:

• You will serve as the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) PAPM in support of the PMW 120 Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations program office within PEO C4I.
• You will be responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule and performance of a portfolio of ISR programs and projects.
• You will demonstrate experience with Battlespace Awareness, Countertargeting, and Targeting, supporting data sharing and connecting Naval operational sensors, effectors, and platforms to Naval, Joint, and Intelligence Community Enterprises
• You will be responsible for the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, integration, testing, training, production, installation, sustainment, contracting, budget planning and execution of multiple programs and projects.
• You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award activities.
• You will effectively lead, integrate, and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems.
• You will communicate program information across the PEO and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities, and work across both product based and platform based programs to ensure optimal use of resources.
• You will incorporate industry and government best practices to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness, exercise civilian leadership principles in carrying out assigned duties, and coaching and counseling subordinates.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the scope, cost, schedule, and performance of a portfolio of Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations systems; AND overseeing the research and development, integration, testing, training, contracting, budget planning and execution of multiple programs and projects.
