What you will do:
Ensure requested materials are available and complete.
Supervise picking and packing processes.
Monitor order fulfillment timelines and accuracy
Check stock levels and report shortages or excesses.
Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections.
Oversee material receiving and proper storage.
Control outbound flows to production
Assign tasks to warehouse or picking staff.
Train team members on procedures, safety, and system use.
Evaluate performance and motivate the team to meet goals.
Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations.
Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors.
Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, production).
Generate reports on picking performance, errors, and productivity.
Document incidents and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records in the system.
Attend staff meetings
Monitoring downtime
Root cause analysis
How you will do it:
Working with JCMS operating system tools
Develop and implement effective materials management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
Oversee the planning and scheduling of materials to align with production requirements and operational goals.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Lead and train materials management staff to enhance their skills and improve team performance overall.
Implement best practices in materials handling and storage to ensure efficiency and safety in operations.

A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in materials management or inventory control.

· Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with teams and external partners.
· Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team in a dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in materials management software and inventory tracking systems.
