Las responsabilidades incluyen:
Planificar los programas de producción, monitorear las actividades y gestionar los recursos.
- Ejecutar el programa de producción de platinado diario.
- Definir y Ejecutar la Mejora continua de Calidad de sus áreas a través de una Cultura 0 Defectos.
- Ejecutar/Soportar el Mantenimiento Autónomo/Preventivo de los equipos a su cargo.
- Participacion activa en Conteos Cíclicos en WIP, analizar variaciones y mantener una Confiabilidad de Inventario.
- Administrar el Presupuesto de su área.
El enfoque está en optimizar la eficiencia de producción y cumplir con los estándares. La colaboración con los equipos respalda una implementación exitosa. El objetivo es impulsar el éxito de la manufactura y la excelencia operativa.
