- Define and enforce best practices for data migration methodology, integration patterns, data quality, security, scalability, and performance
- Lead data mapping, transformation rule definition, reference data management, and data lineage documentation across source and target systems
- Partner with solution architects and engineers to design and implement integration solutions using cloud, hybrid, and iPaaS architectures
- Manage project execution including resource planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, estimates, proposals, and client presentations
- Drive continuous improvement through reusable frameworks, tooling, documentation, and team enablement
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in data integration and data migration roles supporting enterprise business applications
- Demonstrated experience leading data migration or integration workstreams on complex implementations, upgrades, or system consolidations
- Strong hands-on understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, and integration architectures
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and enterprise integration tools
- Proven leadership experience managing teams or workstreams in a consulting or delivery environment
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, and structured delivery methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, M&A integrations, carve-outs, or system rationalization efforts
- Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar tools
- Experience with REST APIs, OData, and event-driven integration patterns
- Experience working with cloud and hybrid data architectures
- Exposure to data reconciliation, financial balancing, and audit support during system migrations
