Supervisor, Client Partnership & Strategy

We are looking for a Supervisor, Client Partnership with deep experience in Commerce and Retail and/or D2C paid media, who will be responsible for client relationships and strategy within a set portfolio of clients at Code3. On your accounts you’ll either be directing a team (mid-size accounts) or supporting a Director (large accounts) and working closely with your peers of channel subject matter experts in Activation and Creative to ensure day-to-day work is on track, and on strategy, while also providing thought leadership to your client. This is an individual contributor position that will ideally take on people manager responsibilities in the future as team and business needs align.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the client relationship, revenue, retention and growth of the client at Code3. You’ll build and foster collaborative and trusted client relationships, acting as key advisor and partner
  • Translate client’s business brief into actionable media and creative campaign strategies that hit their goals. You’ll be the media planning quarterback for internal teams in determining where to place budgets and facilitate channel and integrated strategy that delivers on holistic brand goals
  • Drive the overall strategy & performance on the account and ultimately be responsible for success of the client key metrics – working closely with Activation team members to ideate on specific tactics and recommendations for each campaign and account.
  • Present strategies, reports, and campaign results to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Monitor and evaluate the competitive and client industry landscape to drive strategic business business insights, presenting insights in both weekly and larger meeting formats.
  • Interpret client performance data, in order to make recommendations on shifts to strategy. You’ll own the presentation of data and the story behind why our team created the strategy we did, what we learned, and what we will do next. 
  • Collaborate with Finance and Practice managers to assist in hitting profitability goals based on optimal resourcing, SOW and pricing
  • Define what internal teams need in order to be successful in driving outcomes and setting expectations with the client, including giving feedback cross-departmentally.

You should have:

  • 4+ years of digital media experience with a strong focus in either Commerce media, primarily on Amazon and Walmart platforms, and/or D2C media in Google, Meta, TikTok etc. platforms. Bonus if you have experience across all platforms, but not a must.
  • Specific experience leading client accounts in an agency or technology setting, as the main point of contact and driver of strategy.
  • A proven track record of success with client retention and upsells
  • Experience providing strategic guidance and growth for accounts
  • A self-motivated drive and curiosity to learn

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $122,500 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location. The position also offers a bonus based on company and client success.
