The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations, overseeing a range production technologies to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality results. This role builds and develops high-performing teams through hiring, training, and coaching, while fostering collaboration across departments.

The Supervisor drives execution by planning and assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and communicating results through shift production reports. They ensure quality and operational excellence by enforcing standards, supporting equipment reliability, and evaluating new tools and processes. Using key production metrics, the Supervisor analyzes performance, supports decision-making, and maintains a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

What You Will Do 

  • Lead and develop the Production team by scheduling, coaching, and motivating employees to innovate, build technical expertise, drive process improvements, and uphold quality standards.
  • Drive daily operational excellence by ensuring efficient production flow, analyzing key performance metrics (scrap, OEE, EHE, quality), and communicating shift performance and issues during handoffs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Tool & Die, and Process Improvement to coordinate repairs, improvements, and operational upgrades.
  • Ensure a safe, high-quality, and well-organized workplace by overseeing safety, security, working conditions, housekeeping, TPM, 5S, and Kanban replenishment.
  • Build a highly engaged, high-performing team by developing talent to meet current and future departmental needs.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: High school diploma.  
  • Experience: 3+ years leading manufacturing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Experience coordinating daily priorities, sharing updates, and aligning teams.
  • Oracle Fusion Expertise: Ability to review data, transactions, and reports to support production and inventory needs.
  • Tool & Die/CNC Knowledge: Strong understanding of machining processes to better support production and troubleshooting.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
