Job Description
Work under the supervision of an RN and complete the following:
- Medication Administration
- Processing of physician orders
- Assessment of residents' during admission, transfer, discharge, and changes in status.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure plan of care is up-to-date and reflective of resident's current status
- Follow policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure residents' safety - Follow Infection Control, Emergency Response Procedures, and other duties as assigned.
