Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical staff are responsible for generating sales opportunities by positioning GEHC technology and identifying optimal technical and commercial solutions. They champion GEHC’s value proposition and collaborate closely with regional sales teams, account managers, and commercial proposal specialists. As key contributors during the DTI (Demand‑to‑Inquiry) phase, their technical expertise supports pre‑ITO activities to drive market penetration.
They build deep expertise in emerging commercial trends within their domain and develop strong communication skills to influence stakeholders. The role contributes to shaping strategy and policies while ensuring execution within their area of responsibility.
They possess comprehensive knowledge of best practices and understand how their function integrates with others. They maintain awareness of competitors and the differentiators that position GEHC effectively in the market.
The role requires sound judgment to address moderately complex challenges across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customer engagements. They bring fresh perspectives to existing solutions and apply their technical experience to analyze data and support recommendations. Decision‑making draws on multiple internal sources and limited external inputs beyond their immediate function.
They serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small‑scale projects involving moderate risk and resource needs. They communicate difficult or sensitive information effectively, work to build alignment, and continue developing persuasion skills to influence others within their field.
Required Qualifications:
This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Technical Sales. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
