Vivicta is now hiring two summer trainees to work with Service offering development and packaging. This summer job will start in the beginning of May/June and last until the end of August. We follow the Economic Federation's summer job wage recommendations for the year 2026. We are looking for people with a proactive way of working, good documentation skills and a true interest in understanding our customers’ needs and operating environments.
This position will offer you the possibility to work with
The exploration of selected IT service offerings of Vivicta’s business, as part of the Strategy & Business Operations unit of Vivicta in Espoo, Finland.
Helping develop new service packages and updating the service offerings to reflect the customer business needs in areas that might lack proper documentation. Work with the service owners to get the needed content in place.
Work with the updating of the offering descriptions on the internal and external web pages to provide easy access to information for both internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to Vivicta’s strategy & portfolio development, with market and competitor analysis. Helping on select strategic programs ongoing at the company level.
We expect you to have
Basic understanding of the IT service business and knowledge of Nordic business environment.
Good analytics ability, with excellent writing and presentation skills, experience working with Microsoft M365 CoPilot & AI Agent development.
Nearing the completion of a Master's degree program. Fluent verbal, presentation, and written English skills.
Previous experience within sales content development and market analysis work is considered as an advantage.
