How you’ll make an impact
Review and align HR documents with existing digital records
Digitalize HR files including personnel documentation
Collaborate closely with the local HR team and HR Operations team in Poland
Support projects focused on process optimization for data exchange and storage
Contribute to the documentation of HR processes
Share and implement your own ideas for improvement
Receive close guidance and support during your onboarding phase
Your background
Ongoing or completed commercial education with an HR focus
Very good IT skills including Office tools SharePoint and meeting platforms
Reliable working style and strong team orientation
Very good German and good English language skills
Curious and motivated personality with high quality awareness
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
