As a Project Engineering Intern, you will support our CapEx engineering team in planning, coordinating, and tracking capital investment projects across the site. You’ll assist in preparing and maintaining key project documentation—such as schedules, budgets, and progress reports—while taking part in site walks, contractor meetings, and review sessions. You will help maintain project trackers and dashboards to monitor spend and milestones, ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, and site standards. Throughout your internship, you’ll also contribute to engineering change requests, technical documents, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance how our engineering function operates.

Main responsibilities:
Support the CapEx Engineering team in planning, coordinating, and tracking capital investment projects across the site.
Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and other key deliverables.
Participate in site walks, contractor meetings, and project review sessions to gain hands-on project exposure.
Maintain project trackers and dashboards to monitor spend, progress, and critical milestones.
Support compliance activities, ensuring all projects adhere to GMP, EHS, and site standards.
Assist with the creation of engineering change requests and the development of technical documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering function to enhance processes and project delivery.
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
An ongoing degree, ideally in Engineering, Project Management, Science, or related discipline
Strong organisational skills and clear, confident communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A proactive, curious mindset with an eagerness to learn and take initiative.
The ability to collaborate effectively within a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment.
