What you’ll do

You will Own the Field Experience by supporting both the Poultry and Ruminant Sales Teams during the busy summer season. Your work will strengthen customer service continuity, support digital adoption, and contribute to market intelligence that drives business growth. This includes on‑farm support, data collection, CRM accuracy, sales assistance, and participation in events and producer engagement activities.

Who we’re looking for

You are a motivated student with strong initiative who is eager to Own Your Development through hands‑on field experience. You enjoy working with livestock producers, have strong organizational skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can support multiple priorities independently.

You’ll also need

  • Enrollment in an Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related post-secondary program (preferred)
  • Interest in poultry and/or ruminant production systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working on farms and interacting with producers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
