Position Title: Summer Student, Operational Reporting

Term Length: Summer 2026 (May – August)

Work Model: Hybrid 3 to 4 days in office per week

Position Overview

Supporting the Operational Reporting team, this Summer Student will get the opportunity for some hands-on experience within the field of Accounting and Finance at a fast-paced real estate company. Students will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in a wide range of matters. Throughout the work term, students will participate in exciting events, including department information sessions, coffee chats with senior leaders, company-wide culture events, quarterly Town Halls, and skill-building workshops. 

Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to work on several diverse projects. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with reviewing and validating leasing and NOI financials.

  • Participate in deeper analysis on operational KPIs and portfolio trends.
  • Preparing and updating recurring operational reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the budgeting and forecasting cycle.
  • Assist in the preparation of support files for quarterly internal reporting to senior leadership.
  • Supporting ad hoc reporting and data requests.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant undergraduate program and area of interest.

  • Demonstrates initiative, dependability, reliability, and entrepreneurship.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently and as an integral part of the team with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
