ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:


We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors. You’ll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System, you’ll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June 2026 and will be based in the Dallas office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges through projects working in collaboration with Risk & Compliance Sr. Analyst

  • Contribute to projects that have meaningful impact on our organization's security posture and governance structure

  • Support projects aimed at improving IT risk management and compliance processes, working closely with product management and operational teams

  • Track and verify adherence to policies, procedures, and requirements

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Working towards an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Finance, Risk or Compliance.

  • Current junior or senior at Undergraduate or graduate school

  • Ability to understand key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish own work

  • Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations; analyzing possible solutions using critical thinking and judgment.

  • Effective written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

WORK HOURS:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/ week). Some additional hours may be required
