ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:


We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors. You’ll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System, you’ll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June 2026 and will be based in the Dallas office.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

 

As a Software Development Intern you will be working on coding, testing, and debugging software applications under the mentorship of experienced developers. You will participate in meetings, contribute to the development of features, and may work on side projects to improve existing processes or develop new functionalities.

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Knowledge of agile software development and Testing principles plus prior experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and SQL preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate work with assigned project leads. 
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Preferred majors are Computer Science (Engineering), Information Systems or Management Information Systems (Business), or equivalent.

WORK HOURS:

 

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/ week). Some additional hours may be required (Onsite, 1 day remote)
