Join the Software Delivery Accelerator team (SDA) team in APAC and become part of Integration service team, where you will gain hands-on experience building self-service platform capabilities that empower application teams to leverage API Gateway and Kafka. Partnering with developers across multiple regions, you will work as a polyglot programmer across Java, Python, Go, and Terraform, gaining practical insight into cloud-native tooling, real-time data streaming, and platform automation

YOUR CHALLENGE

What to work on

  • Design and develop self-service platform features enabling application teams to independently manage API Gateway configurations and Confluent Kafka topics

  • Build and enhance data pipeline integrations and streaming infrastructure components using polyglot technologies including Java, Python, and Go Contribute to infrastructure-as-code automation using crossplane to streamline provisioning and management of platform capabilities across regions

What to learn

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise API lifecycle management and event-driven streaming architectures using industry-leading tools like API Gateway and Confluent Kafka

  • Practical understanding of platform engineering principles, including self-service developer tooling, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native deployment practices

  • Exposure to how large-scale financial institutions manage complex, multi-region technology platforms while balancing developer productivity, reliability, and security including how standardized tooling and automation improve developer productivity and reduce friction across distributed team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Computer Engineering

  • Initial practical experience in any programming language and skills/knowledge in developer portal and application build tools is a plus

  • Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

  • A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus

  • Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit R
