Get to know our team:
The Customer Experience Group (CEG) Design team at Agoda shapes the experiences travelers rely on after they book. We focus on creating clarity, reducing effort, and helping users feel confident and in control across key post-booking journeys. Our work spans booking management, messaging, automation, refunds, and self-service tools used by millions of travelers on both app and web.
We collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Operations to solve complex UX problems at scale. The team moves quickly, experiments often, and brings together customer insight, business impact, and thoughtful design to improve the post-booking experience.
The opportunity:
As a Product Design Intern at Agoda, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team partnering with a Product Manager, Engineers, Researchers and cross-functional stakeholders. Together, you will explore user problems, design solutions, and validate them through experimentation and research.
Design at Agoda is fast, data-informed, and iterative. You will see your work ship quickly and gather real-world feedback that directly influences the product’s evolution.
This internship offers hands-on experience designing for real users in a global travel platform. You will work on high-impact post-booking flows and help improve experiences that directly influence customer satisfaction and operational performance.
