Summer Intern/Co-op 2026 – Communications & Design

Join our Global Cybersecurity (GCS) Team as a Communications & Design Intern and play a key role in centralizing resources, supporting internal campaigns, and creating branded assets that align with Manulife’s standards. This role combines creativity, technology, and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a SharePoint site to centralize GCS resources and updates.

  • Create branded templates and visual assets aligned with Manulife’s brand standards.

  • Support internal communication campaigns and culture initiatives.

  • Coordinate 2026 cybersecurity training sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and creative tasks to enable strategic priorities.

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and communications teams to deliver high-quality content.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Technology, Web Design/Development, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Experience with graphic design tools.

  • Familiarity with branding principles and digital marketing concepts.

  • Knowledge of web design or SharePoint customization.

  • Ability to share a portfolio showcasing design and communication work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Interest in technology.
