Key Responsibilities
The Workforce Development and Inclusion (WDI) Intern will support the team by:
· Assisting with activities related to Vistra’s educational, nonprofit, and community partnerships, including research, coordination, and documentation.
· Supporting talent pipeline and recruiting initiatives, including coordinating participation in sponsored events and facilitating introductions with prospective partners.
· Collaborating with internal Vistra teams to develop creative materials, such as recruitment flyers, promotional content, and training or informational documents.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
· Interest in workforce development, community engagement, recruiting, or inclusion initiatives.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
· Demonstrated organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
