The Regional Marketing Intern will support the West Region Marketing team in strengthening the OUTFRONT brand, elevating our assets and audiences, and supporting sales efforts across multiple markets. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone interested in media, marketing, and advertising who wants real-world experience in Out of Home.
Your Role
Support the Marketing team in creating clear, compelling materials that showcase OUTFRONT’s Out of Home assets and audiences.
Assist with the development of marketing tools, sales kits, and presentation materials used by Account Executives.
Review, edit, and help maintain photo sheets, including writing and refining asset descriptions to create client value.
Help manage and organize marketing collateral across internal platforms.
Conduct research on prospective advertisers, categories, and industry trends to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Assist with customized client materials, including presentations and market overviews.
Support content needs such as basic research, copy edits, and organization for internal and external marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the regional marketing team on projects from brainstorm to execution.
Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to how marketing supports sales in a fast-paced media environment.
Your Qualifications
Interest in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or Business (coursework or relevant experience a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Curious mindset with a willingness to take initiative and ask questions.
Passion for marketing, media, and learning how brands connect with audiences in the real world.
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus, but not required.
Interest in advertising, design, media strategy, or research.
Prior internship, class projects, or relevant work experience.
The salary range for this role is $19/per hour. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
