Summer Intern (HUB Internship Program)

As a HUB Summer Student you will assist the team with daily tasks to support client and departmental needs. Working with a line of business, you will learn about insurance brokerage through hands on work gaining valuable experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:

• Interact with clients, understand their needs, and contribute to tailored insurance solutions in sales and service departments.
• Assist in maintaining accurate client records, policy documentation, and other critical data.
• Analyze data, create reports, and contribute to market analysis and research projects that support decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and claims processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
• A collaborative team player with a desire to help others
• Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc

The expected pay for this position is $22/hr. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.
