Support the Finance department in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial information by assisting across core finance functions, including Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Assist finance operations by coordinating processes across treasury, Financial Reporting, FP&A and Finance Operations.
Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities (e.g., schedules, supporting documents)
Support coordination with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
Participate in finance-related projects, including process improvement or automation initiatives
Assist in documentation and maintenance of finance procedures and controls
Provide administrative support to the Finance team as required
Understanding of Financial reporting and accounting processes
Practical analytical and problem‑solving skills to investigate issues and identify workable solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
A collaborative approach and willingness to support broader team objectives
Comfort learning new processes and adapting as systems or requirements change
Adaptability in a fast-paced working environment and ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner
