Schnucks’ Summer Intern Program is an immersive corporate internship based in our St. Louis, Missouri headquarters. Interns gain real-world experience in their designated department, and collaborate on a cross-functional, inter-disciplinary group project to present at the end of the summer. These are paid internships that require full-time attendance 6/1/2026 through 8/7/2026.
The 2026 Compensation Summer Internship supports the compensation team and gets introduced to Schnucks’ corporate culture.
Essential Responsibilities:
● Being exposed to the different functions of the Total Rewards department, including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and HR Information Systems
● Working as a team with teammates within Total Rewards, Human Resources and other interns
Minimum Requirements:
● Required Education: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree program, preferably in Human Resources, and completion of at least 30 credit hours.
● Available to work full-time Monday through Friday 6/1/2026 – 8/7/2026.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
● Some knowledge/experience in Total Rewards or Human Resources.
● Comfortable navigating Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
● Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
● Eager to learn, take initiative and be accountable.
● Displays values consistent with Schnucks’ culture.
