Position Summary

The Paid Media Specialist Intern will support AMN Healthcare’s paid media and performance marketing efforts across multiple digital platforms. This role provides exposure to enterprise-level paid media execution, performance analysis, ROI measurement, and agency collaboration, while working closely with Brand Managers and marketing partners.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

The intern will support paid media initiatives by:

  • Gaining exposure to paid media platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook) Business Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Spotify
  • Pulling, organizing, and analyzing performance metrics across multiple reporting platforms
  • Supporting campaign analysis focused on performance, ROI, and optimization opportunities
  • Assisting Brand Managers with test planning and paid media strategy development
  • Supporting traffic coordination and information flow between Brand Managers and the external media agency
  • Participating in discussions with the media agency related to campaign performance and insights

Skills & Experience Gained

  • Campaign performance analysis and ROI evaluation
  • Exposure to paid media planning, testing, and optimization strategies
  • Understanding of Google Ads, budget management, and media spend effectiveness
  • Project management and traffic coordination experience
  • Improved analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
  • Exposure to agency collaboration and enterprise marketing workflows

  • Creation of accurate reporting within Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
  • Data‑driven paid media and business strategy informed by performance metrics
  • Improved visibility into campaign effectiveness and optimization opportunities
  • Increased marketing team capacity through analytical and operational support

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of related experience
  • 3.0 GPA

Additional Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student or recent graduate
  • Preferred exposure to paid media, digital marketing, or analytics
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, paid media platforms, or performance reporting is a plus

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

    Pay Rate

    $17.25 - $20.50 Hourly

    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
