We have an exciting Supply Chain internship opportunity where you will work alongside the Supply Chain team to learn how to execute daily tasks within an aerospace environment. at Raytheon Technology Research Center in East Hartford, CT.

What You Will Do
As part of this role, you will support key departmental activities in collaboration with an experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing procurement support by processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records in procurement systems.
  • Collaborating with the Supply Chain team on process improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting supplier communication to address inquiries, manage orders, and monitor delivery schedules and open commitments.
  • Assisting in evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.

What You Will Learn
This position provides hands-on experience in an aerospace supply chain environment, offering insight into how materials, suppliers, and logistics work together to support customer deliverables.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics (with a focus in Supply Chain), or Operations Management.
  • Must be expected to graduate no earlier than September 2026.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working effectively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

Location: This position is in East Hartford, CT and is an onsite role.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
