What You Will Do

• Provide security support and perform administrative duties for the Global Security Services (GSS) team at the RTX Technology Research Center in East Hartford, CT.

• Assist with security-related projects and organize/file various documents.

• Attend meetings and draft executive summaries.

• Write CORE documents, including Functional Standard Work and workflow documentation.

• Collaborate with various functions to gather feedback on security-related matters.

• Support communications to RTRC leadership.

What You Will Learn

• Gain a solid understanding of the security function within a corporate and research and development environment.

• Develop effective communication skills.

• Understand high-level operations within RTX.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field with a focus on Security. Candidates must not graduate before September 2026.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Minimum 3.5 GPA.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
