Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and analytical Legal Intern to join our Global Legal team.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-level legal research, supporting cross-functional departmental rotations, and delivering actionable insights on corporate legal projects.
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Complete a comprehensive 10-week rotation across various legal sub-teams, delivering research summaries and project support that impact real-world corporate legal strategies.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with internal business partners and senior counsel to gain practical experience in the inner workings of a global corporate legal department.
Responsibility 3: Ensure all research and project deliverables comply with organizational standards and legal professional ethics.
The ideal candidate will have:
Current Enrollment: Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of legal research tools (Westlaw/LexisNexis) and general corporate law principles.
Proven Ability: Demonstrated excellence in analytical problem-solving and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to various stakeholders.
Professionalism: A proactive approach to learning and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
