RTX launched oneRTX focused on leveraging the scale of our three business units to improve collaboration, cost structure, productivity, and performance. The oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project is one of several major, multi-year initiatives under oneRTX that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, how we operate and how we deliver to our customers so that we can achieve our full potential.
The intent of oneRTX: PST is to harmonize processes, tools, and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform – SAP’s S/4 HANA. The result will be a common user experience across the businesses, real-time visibility into critical data, and automation of manual tasks to enable all employees to focus on value-add activities. With processes optimized and harmonized, we can leverage our scale so teams across RTX can share resources, leverage talent seamlessly and identify efficiencies. We will reduce cost and effort and improve performance as we break down silos and establish consistent ways of working.
The Project Manager Intern will facilitate project tasks with various functional organizations, support project forecasting, track progress, identify and recommend solutions, escalate project issues, and assist in testing processes.
What You Will Do:
Apply project management principles, including scope and schedule management, to ensure the on-time delivery of capabilities that meet customer requirements.
Manage multiple aspects of projects through effective organization, prioritization, and time management practices to achieve project objectives.
Utilize critical problem-solving, variance analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
Summarize and present key information to stakeholders and senior leadership to enable informed decision-making.
Participate in continuous process improvement and CORE initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline and cannot graduate before September 2026

Qualifications We Prefer:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Strong collaboration skills.
Experience in data collection, analysis, and assessment.

Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) and may be expected to travel to an RTX facility as needed.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
