**This position is an in-office role based out of our Toronto Office**
About you
We are seeking a motivated and eager student currently in their 3rd or 4th year of university to join our Corporate Marketing team in our downtown Toronto office for the Summer 2026 term.
This is an internship where you will gain hands-on experience working on a variety of corporate marketing and communications projects, and using a variety of communications technology platforms. You’ll collaborate with teams, including Corporate Marketing, Content, Employer Brand, Digital Marketing, and Operations to support national communications initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to develop real-world communications skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will…
Support the corporate communications team and business lines communications teams with administration, special projects, and communications campaigns.
Develop communications assets including media briefs, presentations, and media coverage reports.
Write and edit copy for internal and external materials.
Leverage AI and communications tools such as Meltwater, Broadsight and Google Analytics to optimize performance and create reports.
Execute social media scheduling while monitoring engagement trends using tools like Meltwater and Google Analytics.
Ensure all national communications align with our corporate brand standards and "Employer Brand" voice.
What you’ll bring
Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of university, enrolled in a communications, PR, journalism or media studies degree program.
Interested in pursuing a career in communications, marketing, business, economics, or real estate.
Excited to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with marketing and communications platforms (Hootsuite, Meltwater, Canva, Adobe) to touch up social media assets is a plus.
Prior experience or coursework in marketing, business, or communications is preferred but not required.

Approximate Hourly Range for Role: $21 to $22
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
