Suite Pantry Coordinator

Suite Pantry Coordinators serve as the communication and coordination hub for suite operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of food and beverage orders during events. They handle day-of-event suite inquiries, process orders through the POS system, and work closely with Suite Attendants, Pantry Supervisors, and Suite Hosts to deliver fast, efficient, and professional service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a high-paced environment while upholding Legends’ standards of guest service and operational excellence.

The Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to suite clients and internal staff throughout the event.
  • Receive and process food and beverage orders via phone, POS system, or from Suite Attendants and Hosts.
  • Accurately input orders into the POS system, print chits, and ensure proper distribution to service staff.
  • Review suite orders, billing instructions, and payment methods; verify accuracy before submission.
  • Communicate order updates, changes, and special requests promptly to Pantry Supervisors and Kitchen Leads.
  • Ensure all printers and POS systems are functioning properly and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the event.
  • Complete end-of-event billing and order closeout, reconciling discrepancies with the Suite Supervisor.
  • Support pre- and post-event administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Follow all Legends policies related to customer service, data handling, and responsible alcohol service.

  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer functions.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused demeanour.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing needs.

Knowledge, Education, & Experience

  • Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic order entry procedures required.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.
  • Completion of or current enrollment in high school diploma (OSSD) program.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Physical Demands

  • Primarily sedentary role with occasional walking, standing, and reaching during event operations.
  • Frequent use of computers, phones, and POS terminals requiring clear vision and manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly via phone and radio with staff and guests.
  • May occasionally assist with light lifting (up to 20 pounds) during setup or closeout activities.
