Suite Attendants provide exceptional in-suite food and beverage service to guests in premium seating areas, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from setup to close. They are responsible for preparing suites prior to guest arrival, managing orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the event. Suite Attendants act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring service excellence, accuracy, and adherence to Legends’ standards for hospitality and responsible alcohol service.

The Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, professional in-suite food and beverage service to all guests.
  • Review suite orders, event details, and guest instructions prior to each event.
  • Set up suites with required food, beverages, utensils, and smallwares before guest arrival.
  • Maintain suite presentation and cleanliness throughout the event.
  • Execute guest orders accurately and in a timely manner, coordinating with the pantry and kitchen teams as needed.
  • Proactively restock supplies and replenish suite fridges during service.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service standards at all times in compliance with company and AGCO regulations.
  • Process additional orders through POS systems and ensure accurate billing.
  • Clear and reset suites post-event, ensuring proper storage and disposal of items.
  • Assist with promotional and upsell initiatives, including desserts and beverage features.
  • Maintain communication with Suite Runners, Porters, and Supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Knowledge, Education, & Experience

  • Smart Serve certification required.
  • Completion of or current enrolment in high school diploma (OSSD) program.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or event operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices an asset.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent walking, climbing stairs, and carrying food or beverage trays throughout event service.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40–50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting while setting up or serving guests.
  • Must work indoors and occasionally outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures and crowd conditions.
  • Requires clear vision and speech to communicate effectively and ensure safe service.
