Salesforce is looking for a high-impact Sales Executive to drive adoption and revenue for our Success Plans portfolio, including Premier Success and Signature Success. Success Plans play a critical role in helping customers fully realize the value of Salesforce by accelerating adoption, enabling organizations to scale with agents and automation, and supporting the successful deployment of new innovations such as Agentforce and AI-powered capabilities.
This role requires strong internal influence and collaboration. You will partner closely with hundreds of core Account Executives and their leadership teams to ensure Success Plans are positioned as a strategic component of every customer engagement. You will also support active opportunities by joining customer conversations to clearly articulate how Success Plans help customers accelerate outcomes, scale operations with agents, and maximize the value of their Salesforce investment.
Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing Success Plan opportunities across a defined territory or account set
Serve as the internal champion for Success Plans, ensuring Premier Success and Signature Success are prioritized within account strategies and deal cycles
Build strong relationships with core Account Executives, sales leadership, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and consistent positioning of Success Plans
Educate and enable hundreds of Salesforce sellers and their leadership on how to position and sell Success Plans as a key driver of adoption, value realization, and scaling Salesforce with agents and automation
Deliver internal sales enablement sessions, trainings, and deal strategy support to ensure account teams understand the value and differentiation of Premier Success and Signature Success
Partner with account teams on active opportunities and present directly to customers to demonstrate how Success Plans help organizations adopt agents, scale operations, and accelerate time to value
Develop compelling value-based messaging and proposals aligned to customer business objectives
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Travel up to 25%, primarily for internal collaboration, field enablement, and sales team training
5–8 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology
Proven track record of quota attainment and revenue growth
Experience influencing and driving alignment across large sales organizations
Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Experience delivering sales enablement or training to internal teams
Ability to help sales teams identify opportunities to scale success plan selling activities through agents, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Salesforce platform knowledge is a plus

In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $126,070 - $168,630 per year.
