Helps patients access evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders (SUDs) with a focus on low-threshold access to medication for addiction treatment (MAT) and harm reduction. Conducts outreach and identification of patients, conducts initial brief assessments, introduces patients to MAT programs and services, facilitates appointments at outpatient MAT clinics, serves as a resource and coach for their clients, and advocates for culture change in the hospital.Job Description:

Pay Range is $28.58 to $40.01 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
