Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
The Supervisor, Subrogation assists with the case management of subrogation and recovery litigation and ensures recovery processes are handled consistently within all organizational guidelines and regulatory
requirements. Must act as a leader by building constructive relationships and by supporting department leadership in developing, setting and executing department goals and the strategic plan.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in business management, healthcare administration,
operations management or a related field required. Associates degree with at least 5 years subrogation case management experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree.

EXPERIENCE
Three years’ experience in collections, legal, claim processing or subrogation required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
