SME is responsible for NSCP (New Supply Chain Platform) implementation across Global Key-client customers. As a subject matter team will guide new customers in using Maersk Systems and enhancements features based on the customers’ requests. Continuously coordinating with offshore teams and Tech Team for creation or enhancement of Maersk Systems making them efficient including automations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SCP implementation with a higher focus on self-migrations as per the RASCI.
  • Deliver trainings to CX teams including creating new training materials.
  • Resolve issues in a timely manner, escalate operational and system issues to CEN SMEs & BPOs (MODS, MyMAERSK, MORE etc.)
  • Drive process & system improvements by providing inputs on possible improvement areas including but not limited to Productivity, quality and Customer satisfaction.
  • Report to Project manager and scope of works within entire Customer Service Department and can be extend to whole organization depending changes & requirements.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to obtain a full understanding of requirements and technical implications.
  • Understand full end-to-end transactional business processes, integrations, back-end, and transaction flows across systems.
  • Additionally daily update on the outcomes of the test.
  • Organize, prepare and deliver updates/calls as needed on covering various aspects of testing.
  • Responsible for SCP overall management.
  • Leading SCP migration for responsible account by assisting the Project team (GPD / KCD / PM, CX, FPO & GSC) on customer profiling & process validation.

Who are we looking for:

  • Thorough knowledge of end-to-end logistics process, strong background in SCM Supply Chain Management including products/services.
  • In-depth system knowledge SCP MODS, MYMAERSK, MORE, MDM/CMD
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve good results.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with strong conceptual abilities.
  • Ability to work with less supervision and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Able to translate business requirements to technical needs.
  • Ability to articulate results and share with wider audience.
  • Ability to train, lead and communicate well.
  • Strong Customer Centricity.
  • MS Office Proficient.
  • Good Communication Skills in English.
  • Can do presentation – Power Point, Excel and Present Data.
  • Good to have knowledge in Power BI and Automation.
