What You Bring:
Experience as an automotive technician (ASE certifications = major bonus points)
Passion for all things cars and customer service
Subaru experience is a strong plus
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
What You’ll Do:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on used vehicles in accordance with factory standards
Utilize Subaru service information systems and diagnostic equipment
Conduct multi-point inspections and clearly document findings
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
Maintain productivity and efficiency goals
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership procedures
